Face to Face Taster Sessions in Creative Writing and Creative Non-Fiction
Have you always wanted to write a story, or your story? The Creative Writing Programme can help you tell your story. You are invited to take a taster session in Creative Writing and Creative Non-Fiction on Sat, 3 September 2022 from 10:00 – 12:30 at Kemp Town Bookshop, 91 Saint George’s Road, Kemptown, BN2 1EE.
The session will focus on creative writing and creative non-fiction. In the first hour, a writing tutors will talk about creative writing and introduce you to some practical exercises.
In the break, programme director, Dr Mark Slater, will answer any questions you have about the Creative Writing Programme.
For the final hour, one of our writers will lead you through some practical exercises and talk about our approach to teaching creative-non fiction.

The Creative Writing Programme is a group of professional writers with years of experience in education and the university sector. We have developed a unique approach to teaching creative writing – one that focuses on imagination, the creative process and the understanding of narrative structure.
The Creative Writing Programme offer part-time courses in Creative Writing, Creative Non-Fiction (autobiography, biography, life writing, travel writing etc.) and Poetry; either face to face, online or blended (a mixture of both).
