Junior Ortiz
Professor of Leadership in the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University
Lt. Col. (Ret.) Junior Ortiz is a retired Marine Corps officer and former government official. With over 40 years of experience, he now leads leadership workshops at Southern Methodist University, helping students develop personal and professional skills for managing diverse teams in real-world scenarios. He holds a Master’s in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Political Science (Latin American Studies).
